Colossians 3 23

The verse that has served me well in every aspect of my life.

A decorated hybridizer advised that I should hold on to this one another year or even two. A grandkid of Vanishing Act (H. Douglas). She thrives in the deep south, increasing quickly and preforming well. From seed to introduction in three years. 6" flower on 32" scapes, 4 way branching, 15-20 buds, semi evergreen, the best part she will set seed even on the hottest of days. You can only get this cultivar at regional or national auction $300 for a double fan.

Firefly's Glow

5.5"-7" 30" Early blooming diploid with three perfectly spaced branches. (four and five branches on second and third rebloom scape) First, second year you are going to ask yourself why? Give her a third year in the same well cared for spot and you will be saying OMG! Early bloomer that reblooms well into the season. 2026 season two rebloom scapes with the third coming in August.

She increases quickly and is pollen and pod fertile. $100 Sold out except for Houston and Georgia speaking engagements.

Friends in Low Places

4.5' 38" Late blooming diploid with four perfectly spaced branches and twenty plus buds. The first picture below shows the last flower on the second scape, and the first flower of the third scape coming the next day. This is a very late bloomer not starting until the end of the season, I think this introduction is a semi evergreen. I have not had a real winter the past two years and I do not start checking foliage habit until a year or two before introduction. She increases quickly and is pollen and pod fertile. $100

Filled With the Spirit

Flying Eagles

4.75" 26" 3 way 12 buds early season reblooming diploid. I thought it interesting. If  the eye pattern were a Rorschach Inkblot Test, I would say the pattern looks like flying birds. Pattern is consistent but of course we live where it is perpetual summer.

4.5" 30" stocky well branched diploid. This flower reminds me of First Knight. A million years ago First Knight was the latest and greatest getting $100 OMG to put gold edges on Tetraploids. I don't keep records since the flood of 2016 so I have to wonder if this is where I am getting my gold edges on my diploid seedlings.
